Here is pipa wanting me to pet her. But who has time for that! I'm too concerned about impressing random people on the internet with how good my phone's camera is!

Here's one of Goose that I took at just the right moment of her shaking her head and it looks like she's trying to intimidate someone!

Finally, here's Chester "Oh hi Alex! Oh what's this little box you got there? You mind if I sniff it? I'm gonna sniff it."

Phone cameras love bright, sunny, high-contrast days. The shot of the horse is great, the ones of the dogs show how the cameras struggle in lower light situations. They're not bad , just not as good as the horse picture.

Of course, if it weren't for my horse, I wouldn't have spent that year in college.

Well I mean you can't really expect too much from a camera that has a microscopic sensor.

I don't! I'm on vacation right now, and we spent a number of days in DC. The number of people taking their vacation photos on phones and tablets is staggering. The pictures they take inside dark museums are going to look like shit. But then again, my standards are pretty high, and these people probably don't care. I wasn't dissing on your camera, I was just trying to point out the optimal situations for using a phone camera.
